Can I sell class packs and monthly memberships?
Yes. Define the catalogue once, issue a pack to a customer, and the booking flow auto-redeems a credit on every covered class. Memberships work the same way with a recurring Stripe subscription and an automatic per-booking discount.
Does it work for hair salons, barbers, spas, clinics and yoga studios?
Yes. Five purpose-built templates ship today: Barber, Day Spa, Aesthetics Clinic, Yoga and Tattoo Studio. The same booking engine powers all of them. Pick a template in the setup wizard or swap to a different one any time from the admin.
Can I migrate from Booksy, Fresha or Mindbody?
Yes: export your customers, services and bookings as CSV from your current platform and import them into your Buklot admin. We'll help you with the mapping if you want hands-on support.
Do I own the site forever or am I renting it?
On the €149 self-hosted plan, you own the source code and your data forever. Even on the managed plan you can export your data and self-host any time: there's no vendor lock-in.
Is it really live in an afternoon?
Yes: the setup wizard walks you through business details, hours, services and staff in under fifteen minutes. The template is fully seeded, so you're editing real copy from the first click, not blank pages.
What happens if I cancel the managed plan?
Your site stays up for a 30-day grace period in read-only mode, with a banner pointing the customer to a backup download, so you never lose data and you can self-host the same site after cancellation.
