Common questions
Does the address belong to me?
Yes. On Buklot Cloud, your address at buklot.com/yoursalon is yours for as long as you are subscribed. No one else can take it while your plan is active.
Can I change my address later?
For now, an address change is a support request. Email us and we will move your site to the new address. We are working on making this self-service from the admin.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your data anytime from your /admin dashboard: bookings, clients, orders, content, the lot. Your data is never locked in.
What happens if I cancel Buklot Cloud?
If you cancel, your site stays live for 30 days, then it is suspended. Your data is kept, so you can reactivate the site later and pick up where you left off.
Can I install this on Hostinger myself?
Yes. The Self-Hosted package includes a 1-page PDF + 90-second video. If you can upload a ZIP and click 'Run NPM Install', you can do this.
Do I need a database?
No. Buklot stores data in JSON files. Backups are one-click downloads. No database to set up, no SQL to learn.
Can I change the design?
Colors, fonts, copy, photos, navigation: all editable from the admin without touching code. Deeper changes (custom components) need a developer.
Is there a refund policy?
Self-Hosted: 14-day refund before you deploy. Custom Design: full refund within 14 days before design work begins. Buklot Cloud: a 7-day free trial, then cancel any time, no contract.
