Online booking that works the way customers think

The booking flow is the heart of any barbershop website. We've rebuilt it three times, listening to actual barbershop owners, until customers stop bouncing halfway through.

It works like this: customer picks a service (with photo + price + duration), the next screen lets them pick which staff member they want (or any staff if they don't care), then the calendar shows only valid slots. No double bookings, no overlap with breaks, no slots that violate your minimum lead time.

After booking, the customer gets a confirmation email instantly, an 8-hour reminder before the appointment, and a review request 2 hours after the visit. Each email has a tokenised cancel/reschedule link so customers don't need to call you.

Every booking shows up live in your admin calendar. Walk-ins go in via a 1-click modal. No-shows can be one-tap-marked and the customer's record updates with their attendance history.
