Accessibility statement

Last updated: 12 July 2026

Our commitment

Buklot (Mindscrollers LLC) is committed to making its website and product accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (in force since 28 June 2025). We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and to the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

What we do

  • We build pages with semantic HTML, clear heading structure and descriptive labels so assistive technologies can read them.
  • Interactive elements can be reached and operated with the keyboard, and visible focus states show where you are on the page.
  • The site ships with both a light and a dark theme, using colour tokens chosen to keep text and interface contrast readable in each.
  • Content is available in eleven languages, and the interface reflows to work on small screens and when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we fall short and are working to improve these areas:

  • Some third-party components we embed, such as the Stripe payment window, are outside our direct control, and their accessibility depends on the provider.
  • Images and media that a site owner uploads may lack descriptive alternative text if the owner has not added it; we provide the fields but cannot guarantee the content.
  • A few older interface areas and downloadable documents may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We fix these as we find them.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please tell us at hello@buklot.com. We aim to reply within a reasonable time and to resolve issues as quickly as we can.
